What you will do

• Design and implement scalable and reusable integration patterns for third-party platforms including marketplaces, loyalty programs, and payment providers.
• Develop and evolve features within the JavaScript stack to power partner experiences and drive business impact.
• Maintain and scale AWS infrastructure focusing on reliability, observability, and secure data exchange.
• Build integration foundations covering API design, authentication, webhooks, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and external partner engineering teams to ensure alignment and unblock execution.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to long-term technical architecture, CI/CD practices, and code quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of cloud architecture, backends, and web applications.
• Proficiency with Node.js, NestJS, AWS, and React.
• Expertise in REST APIs, OAuth/API keys, webhooks, and building resilient workflows.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken) for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Fluency with AI engineering tools.

• Previous experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proficiency with Agile development methodologies and Jira.
