• Take primary ownership of the Solana layer, developing programs in Pinocchio and Anchor.

• Collaborate directly with co-founders in a flat, low-process environment.

Requirements

• Experience writing production Rust for correctness-critical and latency-sensitive systems.
• Proven track record of building on Solana; Anchor is a must, while Pinocchio is a strong plus.
• Ability to operate with incomplete specifications and solve hard problems from scratch.
• Genuine interest in financial markets.
