What you will do

• Monitor and analyze user acquisition campaigns to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support the design and evaluation of A/B tests to improve audience engagement.
• Prioritize projects and solve problems to drive impact in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate results and align with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between July 2027 and December 2027.
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and clear communication.
• Foundational knowledge in programming (SQL, R, or Python is a plus).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid format in São Paulo.

Nice to have

• Passion for the mobile gaming industry.
• Familiarity with performance marketing or data analysis concepts.
• Exposure to A/B testing methodologies, including academic experience.
