What you will do

  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for partnerships and growth initiatives for executive leadership.
  • Analyze conversion rates, pipeline health, ramp trends, and revenue attainment across segments.
  • Contribute to GTM capacity planning, quota-setting cycles, and variable compensation analysis.
  • Operationalize RevOps processes using AI tools (Claude, etc.) to automate repetitive reporting and synthesis.
  • Audit and integrate data across HubSpot CRM, Tableau, and financial systems to ensure a unified source of truth.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to provide data-driven insights for quarterly and annual business reviews.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
  • Tableau mastery (ability to design complex dashboards from scratch).
  • Strong SQL skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Required AI fluency (active use of Claude, Copilot, or equivalent in daily workflow).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B fintech, payments, corporate banking, or expense management.
  • Familiarity with multi-currency and multi-region revenue reporting.
  • Experience building compensation and quota-tracking systems end-to-end.
  • Background in channel partnerships, broker networks, or indirect sales models.
