What you will do

• Deliver high-quality software into production within cross-functional Agile teams operating at hyper-scale.
• Implement a test-first approach (TDD/ATDD/BDD) from business requirements through to code.
• Design and improve brand new features to handle thousands of requests per second for global customers.
• Build and operate cloud-native distributed systems leveraging RESTful APIs, messaging, and streaming.
• Mentor other engineers in their day-to-day work and drive engineering improvements through hackathons and Tech Develop days.
• Define and maintain continuous delivery pipelines to ensure reliable software deployment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, .NET Core, and C#.
• Proven expertise in automated testing practices such as TDD, ATDD, and BDD.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native distributed systems.
• Strong background in Agile and XP methodologies, including Scrum and pair-programming.
• Practical experience operating microservices in a production environment.
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
