Location: On-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 a year

What you will do
- Provide technical assistance and training to system users via phone and in person.
- Install, modify, and diagnose PC and network hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Handle Tier 2 service desk calls and escalations via tickets and phone.
- Configure operating systems and applications including word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
- Perform mobile device (iOS) and printer management.
- Manage documentation for tracking assets and fulfilling service tickets.
Requirements
- Must possess active Secret Clearance to start.
- Security+ certification is required.
- 3-4 years of experience working in an IT environment.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Nice to have
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Ability to obtain Microsoft certification within 6 months.
