Salary: £56,700 – £105,300

What you will do

  • Define and communicate the product narrative through monthly newsletters, the P&E Hub, and townhalls.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer growth through the AI Forum and monthly review sessions.
  • Manage and continuously refine the functional onboarding experience for new joiners in the Product organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate complex strategies into clear, actionable insights for P&E teams.
  • Partner with NPI to deliver Product Pulse sessions, converting technical updates into commercial messaging for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong instincts for strategic communication and narrative development.
  • Proven experience in change management and guiding organizations through transitions.
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences, from engineers to sales teams.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Manchester, United Kingdom.
