What you will do

• Strategically plan and execute CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle for Germany and Austria.
• Develop personalized campaigns using automation and multiple channels to increase retention rates.
• Manage targeted promotions to maximize customer satisfaction and business revenue.
• Optimize bonus costs and monitor customer lifetime value (CLV) to ensure profitability.
• Establish reporting frameworks to track KPIs and drive commercial growth.
• Collaborate with BI and Data teams to identify market opportunities and trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of CRM experience in the online gaming industry (Sportsbook and Casino).
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH gambling landscape and local regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into clear commercial actions.
• Must be based in Vienna, Austria for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with Optimove.
• Genuine passion for sports, particularly football.
