What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered agents and automation systems from problem definition to production deployment.
• Design architectures for AI workflows that integrate multiple systems, tools, and data sources.
• Partner with the CIO to evaluate opportunities and contribute to the internal AI strategy.
• Establish production standards for reliability, observability, and safe data handling.
• Mentor AI engineers by reviewing work and guiding design decisions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align priorities across different time zones.

Requirements

• Strong experience building applications using Python or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-powered workflows or agents in real-world use cases.
• Solid background in databases, data modeling, or analytics workflows.
• Experience integrating and scaling solutions across multiple systems and APIs.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code automation and AI tools such as Workato or Glean.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end, including scoping, architecture, and productionization.
