Software Engineer II (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid with 10+ days a month in-office collaboration (flexible per team/manager).

What you will do

• Build and ship features and components within the identity platform under senior guidance
• Contribute to platform services on Kubernetes, focusing on reliability, observability, and secure secret management
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Maintain and improve existing services, investigate issues, and contribute fixes
• Grow toward owning well-scoped projects independently

Requirements

• Backend engineering experience in Golang or Java, with exposure to Kubernetes services
• Ability to deliver well-scoped features in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools in daily workflow
• Clear communication skills for team collaboration and technical discussions

Nice to have

• Exposure to identity, authentication, or authorisation systems
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML
• Experience on platform or infrastructure teams
