What you will do

• Collaborate in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) to support IT systems and business processes.
• Manage daily operations, including user requests and cost management tasks.
• Assist in the implementation of innovation projects and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare production support documentation for internal and regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to process automation and optimization initiatives utilizing AI tools.
• Coordinate with colleagues across Austria and the CEE region.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to business or IT.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of German and English.
• Open-minded and eager to work in a collaborative environment bridging IT and business.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for teamwork and learning.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
