What you will do

• Lead design, development, and optimization of complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI Desktop/Service in Azure.
• Act as technical lead for data visualization, modeling, performance optimization, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and provide data-driven guidance.
• Drive data governance, security, compliance, and quality assurance in Power BI implementations.
• Leverage advanced DAX, Power Query, AI models, and predictive analytics for automation and innovation.
• Mentor juniors, create documentation/training, and stay ahead of Power BI trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Power BI development and enterprise BI solutions
• Deep expertise in Power BI Desktop/Service, Azure BI stack (SQL, Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory)
• Advanced SQL, DAX, Power Query for complex queries and transformations
• Experience leading BI projects, architecture, data governance, and RBAC
• Agile/Scrum experience, problem-solving, analytical skills
• Excellent communication for technical/non-technical audiences
• Innovative mindset for AI/automation in BI
• Fluent English (and German preferred)
