Salary: $116,010–$228,070

• Develop scalable data models to reduce manual gathering of key business metrics for hirify.global Finance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for IT partners.
• Build experimental AI capabilities into production-ready platforms for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics products at scale.
• Communicate business impact of your work to senior and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience.
• 4+ years experience with data modeling for financial analytics.
• 2+ years with Power BI, Power Query M, DAX, or SQL.
• 2+ years technical experience in finance and operations systems.
• 2+ years with Power BI Datasets, Azure Analysis Services, or SQL Server Analysis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DAX guide, PnL/OpEx/Revenue/Cost reporting, master data.
• Experience with finance systems for forecast/close, source control (GitHub/TFS).
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Knowledge of corporate financial systems, ERP, close processes, IT partnering.
