What you will do

• Identify and quantify market opportunities through deep customer insight, data analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Define and drive a cohesive product strategy across multiple teams and time horizons.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning systems, teams, and business units.
• Influence company-wide priorities and align product, business, and technical strategies.
• Build scalable frameworks for product discovery, delivery, and measurement.
• Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle from ideation through continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of product management experience with a track record of scaling complex products.
• Experience building platform products or working within Fintech/Payments ecosystems.
• Proven success defining and executing multi-year product strategies with clear business impact.
• Ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring and developing product managers.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI/ML to build intelligent product experiences or drive automation.
• MBA degree.
