What you will do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across all life safety equipment product lines
- Deliver exceptional customer service to community partners and clients
- Guide clients through structured troubleshooting steps and provide setup instructions
- Install, configure, and support hardware and software systems
- Maintain accurate documentation of all activities
- Adapt to tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years experience in customer service/technical support in voice-based BPO
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Foundational JavaScript or basic scripting knowledge (read, interpret, minor modifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Successful completion of on-the-job training
