TL;DR

Regional Programme Intern (Southern Europe): Aid the Membership team in coordinating community events and activations across TSH hubs with an accent on operational support, event auditing, and strategy curation. Focus on connecting on-site managers, tracking deadlines, researching markets, and conceptualizing reports.

Location: Onsite at Barcelona Support Hub for 6-7 months starting July 15th, 2026. Must be legally permitted to work and live in Barcelona and available full-time 40 hours/week. Willing to travel to TSH locations in Southern Europe.

What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for on-site Event & Community Managers' questions and event requests.
• Attend community events in Southern Europe TSH locations, audit execution, and provide bi-monthly insights.
• Support curation of events strategy and ambassador programme.
• Track deadlines, take notes, and conceptualize monthly event reports for Membership team.
• Research market offerings and competitor propositions.
• Assist with development, communication, and refinement of events and membership projects.

Requirements

• Enrolled in University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) as a student.
• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
• Legally permitted to work and live in Barcelona, available full-time 40 hours/week.
• Work from Barcelona Support Hub and willing to travel to locations.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Suite and understanding of event management processes.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, eagerness for project management in operational environment, passion for hospitality, problem-solving, and independent work.
