What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from initial planning through to release.
• Manage plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Act as the central communication hub between engineering, product, and leadership.
• Design and maintain delivery systems and Jira boards, including workflows and reporting.
• Facilitate core delivery rituals such as planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, frameworks, and overall system efficiency.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Project or Delivery Manager in technical environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex products involving multiple teams.
• Advanced hands-on expertise with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting).
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile principles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience operating within a matrix organization.

• Experience in Fintech, high-load systems, or the betting industry.
• Experience launching greenfield initiatives.
