Location: Hybrid in Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do
- Define and own the strategic partnerships roadmap for key clients to align business objectives with growth strategy.
- Act as the executive-level relationship owner, building trust with C-level stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end high-value deal cycles, including negotiation and closing multi-year agreements.
- Maintain full P&L responsibility, focusing on revenue growth, margin optimization, and financial risk management.
- Drive account growth via white-space opportunities, cross-selling, and new business models.
- Collaborate with Production and Executive teams to optimize resource allocation and execution pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account or partnerships management experience within the game development industry.
- Proven track record in sales and winning new business in High-tech or Gamedev.
- Four-year university degree.
- Ability to prioritize key issues and work professionally with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
