3D Character Artist (Gamedev): Creating high-quality, realistic 3D character assets and hard-surface accessories from concept to in-engine implementation with an accent on realistic anatomy and PBR texturing. Focus on sculpting, retopology, and processing scanned data to meet high production standards.

What you will do
- Develop realistic 3D character assets from sculpting to final in-engine implementation.
- Model hard-surface armor and accessories that integrate seamlessly with organic forms.
- Refine and process scanned head data to meet production-ready standards.
- Collaborate with art directors and leads to achieve the project's visual goals.
- Participate in reviews and implement feedback to maintain the quality bar.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D character modeling with a focus on realism.
- Advanced knowledge of human anatomy for organic forms and hard-surface elements.
- Proficiency in ZBrush, Maya or Blender, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine or Marmoset Toolbag.
- Proven skills in Marvelous Designer for creating realistic clothing.
- Ability to work from concept art and follow art direction within technical constraints.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Belgrade, Serbia.

- Experience cleaning and preparing scanned head data for production.
