What you will do

• Conduct cutting-edge research on frontier LLMs, embedding models, and rerankers.
• Innovate next-generation information retrieval and LLM agent paradigms.
• Collaborate with research scientists and engineers across the organization to develop AI solutions.
• Integrate SOTA embedding models with hirify.global's data platform to create powerful end-to-end solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI model development from research to production.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience with distributed training of neural networks for language and visual understanding.
• Must be based in the U.S. to be eligible for the specified compensation and benefits package.
