What you will do

• Validate and derisk 2D and 3D assets, ensuring compliance with tech guidelines and memory budgets.
• Create and maintain technical guidelines and internal documentation for asset production.
• Optimize content creation pipelines and collaborate on the development of internal tools.
• Integrate work files from Substance and 3DS Max into the Anvil engine.
• Develop standardized templates in Photoshop, Substance, and 3DS Max to ensure production efficiency.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical bugs related to the art pipeline.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, 3DS Max, Blender, and the Substance package.
• Experience with commercial game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
• Scripting skills in C#; XAML or tool development experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with organization tools like Jira or Trello.
• English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the office in Barcelona, Montreal, Annecy, or Montpellier.
