What you will do

• Execute and optimize multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, paid, webinars, events) using AI to accelerate launch and iteration.
• Run high-velocity growth experiments across acquisition and conversion funnels to scale winning patterns.
• Research, evaluate, and activate demand generation vendors and AI-native tools.
• Execute programs to drive lead volume, MQLs, and pipeline contribution at scale.
• Monitor performance continuously and use AI-assisted analytics to improve CTR, CPL, and pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within the B2B SaaS domain.
• Proven ability to launch, test, and optimize campaigns independently.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate execution, experimentation, and analysis.
• Strong data literacy and hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern marketing automation platforms.
• Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)
