Location: Our headquarters are in Vilnius, and hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda (Lithuania), and Riga (Latvia). For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. In Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role. You can work 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: Gross salary range: €4,200–€5,700/month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain a scalable analytics engineering layer using dbt, including clean models and shared dimensions.
• Improve data tracking and instrumentation across domains, and identify new opportunities for data.
• Implement and monitor data quality to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Build data products such as marketing performance datasets, customer lifecycle models, and experimentation-ready tables.
• Continuously improve workflows with best practices like naming conventions, data modeling standards, and CI/CD.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data engineering, with a strong focus on data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python for analytics workflows and automation.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience setting up or scaling data quality practices.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to challenge requests and design robust metrics.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to explain technical and business issues clearly.

• Experience with marketing and website tracking concepts (events, attribution, funnels).
