Senior Analytics Engineer (dbt)

Location: Remote, with workspaces in Vilnius, Klaipėda, and Riga. The Vilnius office follows a 4-days-onsite, 1-day-remote hybrid model; arrangements outside Vilnius depend on the position.

Gross salary: €3,000–€6,000 per month.

What you will do

• Build and improve product data models, reporting, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
• Use GCP tools, dbt, Airflow, and Looker to improve data quality, efficiency, and delivery.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, discrepancies, and missing data.
• Develop scalable dbt models with a focus on performance, robustness, and maintainability.
• Implement prevention and alerting solutions and refine data modelling, naming, and testing practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support data solution design and implementation.

Requirements

• Proven SQL skills, including joining and manipulating String, Integer, JSON, and Array data, writing parameterized scripts, and debugging SQL.
• Knowledge of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong, clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to approach problems from both technical and business perspectives.
• Curiosity and a growth-oriented approach to continuous learning.
• Fluent English required.
