What you will do

• Investigate and resolve network incidents with root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions
• Provide support for WAN, LAN, MAN, and SD-WAN environments ensuring stability, availability, and performance
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment from Cisco, Fortinet, Netskope, and Aruba
• Manage incidents, changes, and problems using ITSM practices like ServiceNow to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies for team organization and delivery efficiency
• Monitor performance with Zabbix and SolarWinds for proactive issue identification
• Support firewall configuration (Fortinet, Checkpoint) and communication systems like MS Teams and VoIP
• Collaborate with teams, mentor members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong experience in network engineering or project management in large-scale enterprise environments
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, and protocols like EIGRP, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, WLAN, NetFlow, TACACS, NAT, DNS, QoS, SIP, VoIP
• Hands-on with Zabbix, SolarWinds, Fortinet, Checkpoint, and ServiceNow
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure

Nice to have

• Prior experience as Scrum Master
• Exposure to ZTNA solutions like Netskope
