What you will do

• Manage, test, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to maximize performance
• Plan and execute Meta performance strategies based on business goals
• Collaborate with Creative team to identify top-performing ad creatives and angles
• Analyze customer and market data to support testing and scaling decisions
• Take ownership of campaigns, proactively reporting insights and results

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of hands-on Meta media buying experience
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and creative testing
• Experience in digital products and eCommerce (preferred)
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Northbeam, Hyros, or similar (preferred)
