What you will do

• Own delivery for materials estimation, vendor integrations, and the materials marketplace, from execution to platform strategy.
• Lead and develop Engineering Managers and a growing team of engineers, establishing the operating rhythm and technical standards.
• Drive predictable shipping and cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Partner with Product to execute the marketplace roadmap, including supplier onboarding and BOM API expansion.
• Manage external supplier and vendor relationships to influence platform adoption and build.
• Scale the organization through hiring and evolving ownership boundaries as distinct product surfaces emerge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing other Engineering Managers.
• Strong track record of diagnosing and improving delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end with direct influence over priorities and trade-offs.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Ability to quickly build credibility and earn trust in a new technical or business domain.

Nice to have

• Background in construction tech, proptech, procurement, or supply chain industries.
• Experience building or scaling an early-stage marketplace or multi-sided platform.
