What you will do

• Implement and improve observability with metrics, logs, traces, monitoring, and alerting
• Manage production incidents, lead troubleshooting, and conduct postmortems
• Define and maintain SLOs/SLIs for platform reliability
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and scripting
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Optimize performance, scalability, and availability
• Collaborate with teams on operational best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering
• Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP
• Experience with observability tools like GitHub Actions, Grafana, Prometheus, ArgoCD
• Hands-on with Terraform and infrastructure automation
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
• Production incident management experience
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Knowledge of scalability, high availability, and distributed systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Knowledge of security and reliability best practices
• Experience in high-scale or fast-paced environments
