Salary: $133,600 - $200,400 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute clinical marketing strategies for Hugoβ’ RAS system adoption and utilization.
- Partner with Global Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Medical Education, and Sales to align product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders and field teams to gather insights on clinical practices, barriers, and surgeon needs.
- Lead development of promotional strategies, sales materials, educational aids, and integrated account-based campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and procedural adoption; translate feedback into actionable strategies.
- Support surgeon education, advisory boards, product launches, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development, or sales (or advanced degree with minimum of 5 years)
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment (no sponsorship for this level)
Nice to have
- Degree in Marketing, Business, R&D, or MBA
- Medical device experience, especially in robotic-assisted surgery
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience in product/procedural marketing, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration
