TL;DR

Focus on developing promotional strategies, monitoring market trends, and leading product launch activities to drive procedure utilization and market expansion.

Location: Remote (Boston, Massachusetts, United States) requiring unrestricted U.S. work authorization and approximately 50% domestic travel

Salary: $133,600 - $200,400 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute clinical marketing strategies for Hugoβ„’ RAS system adoption and utilization.
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Medical Education, and Sales to align product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders and field teams to gather insights on clinical practices, barriers, and surgeon needs.
  • Lead development of promotional strategies, sales materials, educational aids, and integrated account-based campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and procedural adoption; translate feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Support surgeon education, advisory boards, product launches, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development, or sales (or advanced degree with minimum of 5 years)
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and for duration of employment (no sponsorship for this level)

Nice to have

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, R&D, or MBA
  • Medical device experience, especially in robotic-assisted surgery
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience in product/procedural marketing, business planning, and cross-functional collaboration
