What you will do

• Build scalable, secure IAM services enabling new features across hirify.global apps
• Design backend systems with observability, fault-tolerance, security, and high performance
• Drive IAM architectural decisions aligning with platform strategy
• Define SLIs/SLOs, implement reliability practices, incident response, and optimization
• Write unit, integration, and acceptance tests; document APIs and architectures
• Collaborate via design reviews, paired programming; mentor engineers; participate in on-call

Requirements

• Permanent US work authorization
• B.S./M.S. or equivalent in computer science; 8+ years software development, 3+ in API focus
• Strong Go backend with RESTful APIs; distributed scalable microservices
• OAuth 2.0, session management, bearer tokens, SSO; distributed DBs like CockroachDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform; security mindset, CS fundamentals, ownership

• Ory Stack (Kratos, Hydra, Oathkeeper), Auth0, Cognito
