TL;DR

Director / Managing Director (Valuations): Lead complex valuation and advisory engagements, own client relationships end-to-end with an accent on advising entrepreneurs, boards of directors, HNW executives, PE sponsors, and advisors. Focus on building and growing a portable book of business in a fully remote national platform.

Location: 100% remote from anywhere in the U.S. Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead complex valuation and advisory engagements
• Own client relationships end-to-end
• Advise entrepreneurs, boards of directors, HNW executives, PE sponsors, and advisors (attorneys, tax, audit)

Requirements

• 8+ years in valuation or financial advisory
• Senior Manager / Director / Partner-track background
• Strong technical expertise plus a portable book of business
• Relevant professional designations preferred (ASA, ABV, CFA, CVA)
