What you will do

• Manage and review complex tax returns across various entities including individuals, partnerships, S- and C-corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Research advanced tax issues and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Lead client relationships, tax planning, entity structuring, and transactional advisory.
• Mentor and develop tax staff, optimize workflows, and foster high-performance team culture.
• Contribute to firm operations, process improvements, recruiting, and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in business development, networking, and building a personal book of business.

Requirements

• CPA license required
• 10+ years progressive public accounting experience with significant tax management responsibility
• Strong technical knowledge of various tax entities and industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex engagements and deadlines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-service skills
• Demonstrated interest in long-term growth and partnership

Nice to have

• Prior experience as Director or Senior Manager with partner-level exposure
• Business development or client origination experience
• Familiarity with tax software and workflow systems
