What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operational "run" activities for digital clinical systems to ensure reliability and continuity.
- Execute GxP validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and corresponding documentation.
- Coordinate activities across IT, Clinical Operations, Quality, and external vendors.
- Provide hands-on support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault platforms.
- Ensure strict compliance with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Proven expertise in computerized system validation (GxP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration and support.
- Technical background in IT, engineering, or informatics.
- English: C1+ proficiency (excellent written and verbal skills).
Nice to have
- Experience within large global pharma or biotech organizations.
- Exposure to clinical systems such as CTMS, eTMF, eCOA, or EDC.
- Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Prince2).
- Veeva certifications.
