What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational "run" activities for digital clinical systems to ensure reliability and continuity.
• Execute GxP validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and corresponding documentation.
• Coordinate activities across IT, Clinical Operations, Quality, and external vendors.
• Provide hands-on support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault platforms.
• Ensure strict compliance with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
• Proven expertise in computerized system validation (GxP, GCP, 21 CFR Part 11).
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault configuration and support.
• Technical background in IT, engineering, or informatics.
• English: C1+ proficiency (excellent written and verbal skills).

Nice to have

• Experience within large global pharma or biotech organizations.
• Exposure to clinical systems such as CTMS, eTMF, eCOA, or EDC.
• Agile or Project Management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PMP, Prince2).
• Veeva certifications.
