What you will do

• Lead and execute functional testing activities across project deliverables.
• Define and manage test cases, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Perform database validations and data comparisons between UI and DB layers.
• Coordinate testing activities using structured test management processes.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain test documentation and support reporting in Agile environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in functional software testing.
• Experience in defining and owning test strategy and test approach.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Xray.
• Ability to perform basic SQL-based data validation and comparisons.
• Experience working in structured testing processes (Agile or similar).
• Fluent English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma or healthcare projects.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Tosca or Robot Framework with Python.
• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot or generative AI) to support testing activities.
