What you will do

• Create test strategies and designs for new features, from requirements to system testing.
• Develop overall test strategies for cross-functional and complex test tasks.
• Execute tests for new features and defect fixes, participating in system test phases.
• Analyze defects and contribute to continuous quality assurance improvements.
• Mentor new colleagues and ensure high-quality standards through collaboration with developers, architects, and project managers.
• Write regression testing documentation and report test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Healthcare technology or a similar field.
• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst or TMAP certification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing, preferably within healthcare.
• Deep expertise in functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
• Proficiency with tools like TestRail, Jira, and Postman.
• Residency in a NATO/EU country for the past seven years and a clean criminal record.
