What you will do

• Prepare and collate licensing submissions, forms, and exhibits for gaming license applications.
• Manage relationships and communication with regulatory authorities and key business executives.
• Own information management processes for licenses/registrations and maintain relevant software systems.
• Coordinate the procurement, translation, and notarization of documents from public bodies and service providers.
• Manage end-to-end due diligence and KYC packs for new and existing clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Draft, roll out, and review internal policies to ensure consistent controls across the organization.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in compliance.
• Experience within regulatory and legal environments (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and an excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn.
