What you will do

• Lead the influencer and talent relations function, developing long-term strategies for creator partnerships across editorial and commercial operations.
• Establish scalable processes, workflows, and operational standards for the talent department.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with talent agencies, PR firms, and high-profile creators in the gaming and esports ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales and Creative teams to support commercial pitches and branded content proposals.
• Lead negotiations with creators and agents, ensuring commercial discipline and high-quality deliverables.
• Represent the brand at key industry events, creator activations, and esports tournaments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or creator partnerships.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Extensive existing network across gaming, esports, streaming, and creator management industries.
• Deep understanding of creator economy metrics, including CPM, engagement KPIs, and campaign valuation.
• Proven success managing high-profile creators and senior external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue-generating partnerships.
