What you will do

• Assess zero-day vulnerabilities, research emerging threats, and contribute to real-world incident handling.
• Run phishing simulations, create operational runbooks, and generate security reports for business decisions.
• Map security controls to industry standards, review supply chain risks, and participate in governance groups.
• Take ownership of a bespoke cybersecurity project and present key observations on the company's security posture.
• Collaborate with a global team across Edinburgh and Gurugram.

Requirements

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline (graduating 2027).
• Legal Right to Work in the UK is mandatory; no visa sponsorship available.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and the CIA triad (confidentiality, integrity, availability).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic scripting fundamentals in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Basic understanding of cyber risk and risk management principles.
