• Conduct component parts of screening processes like criminal record checks, DVLA, and international checks.

Requirements

• Proven customer service background or previous customer-facing role (face-to-face or telephone).
• Team player who stays organised and self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work hybrid in Nottingham office (40% office based).
