What you will do

• Guide customers through switching to the best gas and electricity tariffs.
• Educate customers on adopting Low Carbon Technology, including heat pumps and solar.
• Manage the onboarding process for Electric Vehicle (EV) charger customers and ensure seamless handover to installation teams.
• Take full ownership of queries to resolve supplier switches or installation issues efficiently.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service through real conversations.
