What you will do

• Execute updates to the UK website, including content management, site strategy, and publishing using AEM.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to implement new features and ensure seamless alignment.
• Manage a prioritized web product backlog to ensure high-impact features and improvements are delivered first.
• Analyze conversion gaps and conduct A/B testing to make iterative customer journey improvements.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of web initiatives and optimize performance through data-driven decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in CMS operations and enforce best practices for responsive design and QA.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• 3+ years of experience in large-scale website management.
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or an equivalent enterprise-level CMS.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Experience with product management applications like Jira and Confluence.
• Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with design platforms such as Figma.
• Proficiency with SEO platforms like Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Semrush, or Ahrefs.
