Financial Content Writer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Research, draft, and publish investment commentary, market explainers, educational articles, and thought leadership content.
• Develop localized content for regional audiences, including pension schemes, retirement planning, and major financial milestones.
• Write and refine marketing copy for email campaigns, social media, and promotional assets.
• Manage a localized content calendar aligned with SEO, generative engine search, and business objectives.
• Use AI writing tools and LLMs to support content production and improve editorial workflows.
• Collaborate across digital distribution channels to expand campaign reach and strengthen brand authority.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial journalism, content marketing, or investment copywriting within fintech, banking, or asset management.
• Strong written English and Traditional Chinese are required.
• In-depth knowledge of the local financial market, regulatory frameworks, pension systems, and economic factors.
• Practical knowledge of Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, SEO, and GEO keyword strategies.
• Interest or hands-on experience in using AI tools and language models in editorial workflows.

Nice to have

• CFA or other financial certifications.
• Additional experience may qualify the candidate for a Manager role.
