TL;DR

Lead Financial Advisor (Financial Services): Guiding clients towards achieving financial and investment goals with an accent on comprehensive financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management. Location: US-based (resident state licensing, FINRA registration, Series 7/66 required)

Salary: $125,000-$175,000 based on experience and licensure

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial advisors to achieve performance and growth goals.
  • Drive business growth by expanding the client base and increasing assets under management.
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to clients.
  • Oversee trade execution, insurance analysis, suitability reviews, and client account management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, seminars, and community engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Securities licenses (Series 7 and 66 or 7, 63, 65) and state Life, Health, Annuities registration
  • Satisfactory background check and fingerprinting
  • Experience leading teams and building client relationships
  • Maintain licenses, certifications, and continuing education

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience
  • At least 5 years in financial services industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro, and Morningstar
