What you will do

• Coordinate between Architecture, Engineering, and ride/show vendors to develop facility impacts.
• Monitor on-site construction to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and design intent.
• Develop design strategies to ensure quality deliverables are produced within budget and schedule.
• Manage the RFP process, including vendor selection, pre-qualification, and proposal analysis.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with creative intent.
• Manage contractual obligations, negotiate changes, and prepare regular project progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
• Extensive turn-key project experience specifically within the entertainment or theme park industry.
• Proven experience in supervisory and contract/vendor management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work onsite in Bedford, UK.
