What you will do

• Lead Rust-based development activities and own key technical and architectural decisions.
• Design core application logic, component interfaces, and ensure overall system maintainability.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Perform code reviews and establish engineering standards for the team.
• Mentor developers and share Rust expertise to elevate the team's technical skill set.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, frontend developers, and customer-side stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years of commercial Rust development.
• Deep proficiency in Rust ownership, lifetimes, concurrency, traits, and error handling.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Rust Engineer delivering complex production software.
• Experience designing clean architecture and processing large volumes of data efficiently.
• Strong practices in testing, code review, and technical documentation.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with modular or plugin-based architecture and cross-platform applications.
• Knowledge of semantic web technologies, triplestores, or graph-based data storage.
• Experience integrating Rust with external libraries or runtimes.
