What you will do

• Discuss and design architecture strategies to solve customer problems.
• Improve team technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
• Lead development and maintenance of automated test suites, debug production issues, and create load tests, benchmarks, and tools.
• Nurture and guide engineers to advance their careers.
• Evaluate and deploy essential software tools, processes, and metrics.
• Contribute to company-wide engineering initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience operating critical infrastructure and partnering with cloud providers like GCP, AWS, Terraform.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, ORM, and Rust ecosystem.
• Some knowledge of Brazilian payments ecosystem (installments, SPI, SPB, CIP).
• Proficiency in developing software using Rust.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills required, primarily for internal communication with diverse multinational team.
