Location: Herndon/Sterling, VA area (onsite, flexible schedule 6AM-6PM Mon-Fri). Active TS//SCI clearance with Poly required on day one.

What you will do

• Review and redact classified documents, records, and files per FOIA, PA, EOMDR, and EO 13526 policies.
• Manage cases from receipt to response, including documentation, research, and collaboration with other government agencies.
• Submit requests to scanning and search teams for document retrieval and initial data searches.
• Recommend process improvements and workflow changes with supervisory POCs.
• Assist in training new search team members and provide surge support for emergent requests.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience reviewing/redacting classified info for IC under FOIA/PA/EOMDR/EO 13526 OR equivalent analytic experience (e.g., intelligence analyst) with demonstrated FOIA/PA familiarity.
• Bachelor’s degree (equiv. 3 years exp.), Master’s (additional 1 year).
• Active TS//SCI with Poly on day one.
• Strong critical thinking, time management, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication with peers and management.
