What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable frontend features for generative AI experiences in China.
• Design and implement user-facing interfaces, components, and architecture for AI capabilities.
• Integrate frontend systems with global and local AI services and model providers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality AI experiences.
• Ensure frontend systems comply with privacy and security standards across different markets.
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and phased rollouts to optimize user impact.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React or Next.js.
• Strong expertise in Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices.
• Proven track record of building complex user-facing interfaces with focus on UX and accessibility.
• English: Fluent proficiency required for working in a global context.
• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing tools and experiment-driven development.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Interest in generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning platforms.
