What you will do

• Lead planning, production, and technical execution of virtual, hybrid, and on-location events including webcasts, livestreams, and webinars.
• Serve as technical producer managing run-of-show, speakers, production systems, and live troubleshooting.
• Configure and operate cameras, lighting, audio, encoders, switchers, and streaming platforms.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Product, Marketing, HR, and other internal teams.
• Edit recordings, repurpose content, and improve event quality and attendee experience.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required.
• Minimum 3+ years producing digital, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital event platforms, livestreaming, and video signal flow.
• Hands-on experience with professional video production equipment.
• Experience in video editing and basic motion graphics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Two-year post-secondary program or equivalent experience.
