What you will do

• Perform hands-on manual testing of key product scenarios and release changes.
• Analyze PRDs and requirements to define testing approaches across the development cycle.
• Engage early in product processes to contribute beyond final acceptance.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression scenarios.
• Coordinate small QA team: distribute workload, prioritize tasks, ensure flexibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to improve quality and predictability.
• Introduce process improvements like earlier QA involvement.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in QA with strong hands-on manual testing experience.
• Experience as QA Lead/Senior with small team ownership while hands-on.
• 80% manual testing, 20% leadership/process tasks.
• Organizing QA processes: planning, distribution, prioritization.
• Work independently with requirements and product changes.
• Write test cases, plans, maintain regression coverage.
• Solid SDLC understanding and stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Testing web, mobile, SDKs, or developer tools.
• Balancing manual/automated testing decisions.
• Fintech, crypto, web3, wallets, or B2B2C experience.
