What you will do

• Lead solution architecture and design for Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, integrations, and data across complex programs.
• Develop advanced features including plugins, custom workflows in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript customizations, and APIs.
• Design and implement Copilot Studio agents, AI integrations with Dataverse, automation, and intelligent workflows ensuring security and compliance.
• Oversee integrations using Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), data migration, and performance optimization.
• Mentor developers, guide technical streams, provide input on planning, and act as escalation point for issues.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions and support pre-sales.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years experience in Power Platform and Dynamics 365
• PL-400 Certification (essential)
• Proven leadership in enterprise-scale solutions delivery
• Deep expertise in Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, integration patterns, custom development (.NET, JavaScript)
• Strong experience with Copilot / AI-enabled solutions
• Power Platform (advanced), Dynamics 365 CE, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure services, DevOps/CI-CD

Nice to have

• Experience in government or regulated environments
• Azure AI Services / enterprise AI architecture
• Governance models (security, environments, ALM)
• Microsoft certifications: PL-600, AI-102
